Responsibilities:

•  Structural Design calculations,  Analysis and review of Bridges, Special Structures, Temporary works as per International Standards ( BS, Euro, US)

• Preparation of design reports and other design documents.

• Preparation of Proposals, forecasting of time and resources requirement.

• Coordination with Clients/ Contractors/ Sub Consultants/Project teams.

• Monitoring of Project progress, regular reporting to PE/Director

• Ensuring Project Quality -Project Design Review, Information management for Auditing.

Key Project Works:

• Performed longitudinal and transverse analysis of deck, Global model- construction stage analysis and detail design of superstructure and substructure elements of Cable Stayed Iconic Shunya bridge at Vakola Nala crossing for project Mumbai Metro line 2B, Mumbai (India).

• Category 3 Check of Retaining wall for Excavator and crane loading for the project HS 2 ,UK.

• Detail design of Steel chord brace node connections, Bolted Splice connections, Bracing connections for Airport roof truss for project Hong Kong Airport T2 terminal, Hong Kong. 

• Developed manual calculations spreadsheet for strength and fatigue check of the chord -braces joint of the steel railway bridge as per AREMA code for the project Etihad Rail (UAE)

•  Reviewed structural design of Steel Gantry for support of Cast in Place Superstructure of the Bridge for Project Expo link (UAE).

•   Designed superstructure and substructure elements of two cell box girder bridge for the project IC52A -RA/256 Kuwait

• Performed Category III design check for lift of 860 MT precast slab of Nuclear Power Plant of Project Hinkley (UK) .

• Designed steel Mothergrid and its connection for Yas Arena Project (Abu Dhabi), developed automated spreadsheet for hanger verification and detailed report for rigging manual

•  Developed design spreadsheet for steel composite bridge deck and performed detailed design check of two-span temporary bridge for project Kuwait RA/256 . 

• Formulated specifications for in-situ tests and performed detailed structural assessment and strengthening works for existing structure of Dubai Mall to support new Retail and Road Bridges as part of Dubai mall extension project.

• Reviewed erection stresses of post tensioned concrete segmental bridge and ramp as part of CAT-III check, by developing a detailed FEA model and carried out construction stage analysis for Kuwait Bridge RA-186B project. 

•  Designed a temporary Grandstand for extra seating capacity and Screen wall at Al Ahli Stadium at Dubai for Client – Gulf Arena.

• Performed third party design check and certification for miscellaneous falsework and formwork of bridge pier head for EXPO 2020 at Dubai.

• Performed third party design check certification for bridged access platform, façade scaffolds, beam and slab table formwork, climbing platforms, columns and wall shuttering for One Zabeel, Mobility Pavilion and Dubai hill mall project.

• Designed falsework and formwork arrangement for concrete bridge deck casting and assisted in third party approval for the Project- Parallel Road at Dubai.
